Aerials

The Aerial paintings were a small group of paintings inspired by the views of the Colorado River as it empties into the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. I have followed the Colorado River to Arizona where it essentially dries up from all of the demands for water. The aerial images gave me the evidence of the end of the river and a chance to convey the dire situation of the Colorado River.
